"There were nine of us. Three are dead..."
- Director: DJ Caruso
- Genre: Action, Thriller, Science Fiction, Adventure
- Studio: Bay Films
- Subtitled | Widescreen | Duration: 120 Mins

Overview:
An alien with superpowers grows up on Earth while hiding from a deadly intergalactic enemy, in DJ Caruso's dull hybrid of Twilight and Smallville. Insipid teen Alex Pettyfer is Number Four, one of nine survivors from the Planet Lorien avoiding gill-faced adversaries the Mogadorians. Relocated to Ohio, the boy is told to stay under the radar by guardian Timothy Olyphant, but the usual high-school dramas - romancing the wrong girl (Glee star Dianna Agron) and bullying - make that impossible. Soon Number Four's newly discovered abilities are posted on the web and the Mogadorians close in on the unsuspecting small town. Coarsely adapted from the young adult novel, this has an inoffensive TV feel, and its uninspired number is up way before the finale erupts in stale CGI fireworks.
